Garbage workers. Coming at opening time, the door was still locked. The workers are stared at us thru the window and made us wait in the damn freezing cold, ignoring us for the next ten minutes. It is not hard to come to the door and ask us to wait for a couple more minutes for them to open or to just let us in while they set up the seats, instead they just ignore you at the door and give you mean looks as if coming at opening time for coffee is a fault. Very poor customer service.
Ok. New review. Starbucks employees on Tippecanoe. You have to stop being sloppy. Now I know what the dirty cups mean, but I need a former and enlightened sbux employee to confirm that they give nasty cups for a few r reasons: 1. The customers order was too complicated--for the barista. 2. You don't tip. Today I ordered a grande caramel macchiato with whip cream, an extra shot, and made with oat milk. Not complicated right?
