My drink was almost entirely ice. I took less than 10 sips and it was gone. Do I really have to ask for light ice/no ice? Rip off for an $8 drink.

Ordered a medium pink drink, got a medium cup of ice with splash of juice…90% ice, 10% drink
this place is usually great it's my go to location but for some reason the mornings have been kinda sucky on the hot coffee it's only been half full the last few weeks I took a picture but I can't figure out how to upload it
