I did an online order. I show up when it should be ready and I actually see my order behind the counter. So I waited because I assumed they were busy. They finished with all the customers, it's still there. So I go to the cashier and asked about my online order, she told me when it's ready, someone will let me know. So I go back to the area to wait and she hands it to me. Seriously, acknowledge people when they come into your business. Please get some management here.
