My pumpkin spice cold brew tasted amazing until I had to spend 30 minutes in the bathroom cause they did NOT make it dairy free despite the label saying oatmilk!!! Won’t go there again.

I went to Starbucks and ordered a side of sweet cream and I can’t believe that they want to charge me $4 and some charge
I called a day ahead to get two of the large travelers containers for a conference. I showed up on time to pick them up. When I went inside to get them the cashier had a confused look on her face. She checked with someone else, came back and said they weren’t ready and they would get them out as soon as they could. Poor, poor service. We run this conference every year. It was the same issue last year when I got coffee from here. Next year we will be going somewhere else to get our coffee.
