Please tell me why I order the same exact drink but it always tastes different? And don’t bother ordering add ons to your drink because they will charge you for the extra shots but they don’t actually give you the extra shots you ordered and paid for .

“Manager” refused to use oat milk because she felt that I didn’t say oat milk. She peeled the ticket, held it up to me, and told me that I’m wrong, and now she’s wasting milk. I offered to pay an upcharge, but she said they don’t upcharge for oat milk, to which I responded “so what’s the problem then??” She then proceeded to make the drink in 2 seconds flat. Idk who hired this new dude at Starbucks but for one he’s rude he’s slow and he cannot and I mean cannot multitask. I put a mobile order in have been waiting for 20 min inside I might add watching him take customer after customer before starting my order which was in first I might add. When I asked him he was rude and didn’t acted like he cared so I will be calling corporate. What kind of establishment leaves a person by themselves who clearly isn’t ready to work alone.
