Idk who hired this new dude at Starbucks but for one he’s rude he’s slow and he cannot and I mean cannot multitask. I put a mobile order in have been waiting for 20 min inside I might add watching him take customer after customer before starting my order which was in first I might add. When I asked him he was rude and didn’t acted like he cared so I will be calling corporate. What kind of establishment leaves a person by themselves who clearly isn’t ready to work alone. The food is pretty good, they do need to wrap the food before they place it in the to go bag. The service is excellent, everyone is very nice and polite. Unfortunately it has a somewhat cold atmosphere.

I drove 45 mins to purchase something the manager had set aside for me. I Go inside and the young girl had no idea what i was talking about and said nothing was there for me. She kept talking over me each time I spoke vs actually listening. So I purchased off the shelf. I then ask if it is possible to refund an item I have proof of purchase for she said no problem. *I did not purchase the item at that store.* she knew this. Tbh the girl was soooo sweet (didn’t catch her name) but love her !! She made me drinks perfecttttt & my boys pup cup! Wasn’t busy when I went soo idk bout the other reviews but the girl who made mine for me was quick w it!
