I’m waiting here for my drink when a traditional Latham Karen shouts for a manager, then lies about how long she’s been waiting for her drink before demanding a refund. It’s Saturday at 10am. The manager Kevin absolutely slayed the customer service response promptly and professionally which was very cool to watch. People, please be kind to your service workers.
They always make the drinks spot on. And shoutout to the girl who remade my drink- the baristas are wonderful! 😊
