Spend close to $50 and when we asked for water they give us an attitude because we did not asked when we placed the order. Unbelievable!
Super friendly staff and managers
Originally, my friend and I had stopped by Starbucks on our way into the store. We saw the signs that said we couldn’t eat or drink in the store and we acknowledged them. But there was no line. So we were just going to get our drinks and carry them while we shopped and then drink them after we exited the store. When we approached the register the barista asked if we were done shopping. This store was out of venti cups when my friend and I went so I told her she could just put extra ice in my drink (since I had ordered a venti) to fill it all the way up since it would be in a trenta cup. While watching her make my drink, I saw her fill the top of my cold brew WITH WATER instead of more ice to fill it up. I was very confused on why she would water down the cold brew instead of putting ice in like I asked??
