Every day I order the same drink and $8 and it's a large today I came here and they charged me $12 for a small glass and then when I complained about it they none of them had a clue what the hell they were doing and they couldn't fix it so I just gave up and walked out , I guarantee this was the last time I'm coming to this business.
Great service
From the bottom of my heart, you suck. Absolutely horrible. I aged 2 decades waiting for my drink. One drink. Ridiculous. Genuinely hope management changes or a completely overhaul in employees. Never thought I could be so upset with a Starbucks.
Update recently, the service has definitely improved. I have been to this location a couple of times. The store is well maintained, clean, and inviting. The staff are very attentive and provide great customer service. I normally get a food items and coffee. The coffee is always hot and made great. The food is great. The only thing I've noticed was this past Saturday morning. It was a little busy. I would like to see a bit more staff taking and preparing the orders. Other than, it's a great location overall.
Review written 10/03/2025. Got my once a year Starbucks here for my birthday, and they made it promptly and accurately for order pickup. Tip; order a medium in a venti cup to have room to stir
