The girl that took my order didn't speak to me when I walked up to the register for over 5 minutes while she was doing other stuff and then didn't really make eye contact. Her name tag said "Rick". Usually I get amazing service here and I'm very disappointed with how the interaction went. I also waited for almost 10 minutes for my drink. But was made how I wanted it and was delicious. I hope next time that the service is better!

I dont enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for places I’ve repeatedly tried to give the benefit of the doubt but after multiple issues over time I feel compelled to leave this review in hopes this location can change for the better. I used to love this location, however the customer service has been lacking It seems as though the mobile order pick up times are never accurate (which I don’t believe is entirely the staff’s fault, I know rushes happen and multiple mobile orders happen at once) and what I love about order... read more
