I needed to downgrade my star rating. It took almost ten minutes to get a Pike Place roast. The most basic thing. Hire more staff. I have been to this location a couple of times. The store is well maintained, clean, and inviting. The staff are very attentive and provide great customer service. I normally get a food items and coffee. The coffee is always hot and made great. I have been to this location a couple of times. The store is well maintained, clean, and inviting. The staff are very attentive and provide great customer service. I normally get a food items and coffee. The coffee is always hot and made great. The food is great. The only thing I've noticed was this past Saturday morning. It was a little busy. I would like to see a bit more staff taking and preparing the orders. Other than, it's a great location overall.
Staff are very kind and accommodating. I do miss them being able to express themselves how they want though.
