My family and I sat in line for 15 minutes waiting in the drive-through for two cookies and two regular carton milks. The correct order showed up on the digital display but when we received the bag, my daughter opened up the bag to discover chocolate milk. This is infuriating service. When I went into the store to ask for them to switch it out, the staff were dismissive, glared at me, and had very nasty attitudes. I will never be shopping at this location ever again. This one sucks and so do the drive thru employees. She gave me a halfway full cup and when I asked her to add more milk to the line she looked annoyed and rude and gave me a speech on why she can’t do anything about it… Milk is free with iced espresso shots, retrain your drive through employees! The new Starbucks on Federal rd is much better, stay away from this one.
