Customer service is very rude. I simply asked if they had the Horchata Frappe, ro which the person answer no we are already heading into Christmas. A simple story at the moment would have been fine. However the Starbucks in St. Charles is still serving that drink which is why I asked.
No one was at register. I got greeted after 5 minutes of standing at counter. Everyone in the place was waiting on their coffee for about 10-15 minutes while staff was laughing, dancing, high fiving, and was only conversing with each other. Horrible customer service! Focus on your customers not your coworkers conversations.
