The quality was fine, but similar to past visits at this location, the wait time was extremely long. It appears to be related to minimal staffing, which continues to impact the overall experience.
For the one inside the mall, definitely needs new management or something. Also don’t mobile order here. I came here with my girlfriend and we placed a mobile order on the app. Tell me why we are waiting 15-20 min for a cold brew and a latte? It wasn’t crazy busy with a line, you’ve got the girl behind the counter ONLY making refreshers/what she feels like making at that moment. We were walking through the mall completely lost trying to find this Starbucks. Then, like an angel appearing, we saw the manager John and he kindly guided us to the store so we could pickup our order. He was incredibly kind, so kind we felt the need to write this review! Shoutout to John and team
First they didn't open on time which is just kind of obnoxious. The employees were there, they just didn't bother to open the chain gate until 10:04. Then Every. Single. Breakfast sandwich was out of stock. All of them. Somehow management planned so poorly they had none whatsoever?
Not to be confused with the one outside the mall. They one inside, I’ve been 7 times and every time my order wasn’t ready item wasn’t about just flat out wrong. It seems to not be any type of leadership running the place and it’s falling short of expectations
