The quality was fine, but similar to past visits at this location, the wait time was extremely long. It appears to be related to minimal staffing, which continues to impact the overall experience.
For the one inside the mall, definitely needs new management or something. Also don’t mobile order here. I came here with my girlfriend and we placed a mobile order on the app. Tell me why we are waiting 15-20 min for a cold brew and a latte? It wasn’t crazy busy with a line, you’ve got the girl behind the counter ONLY making refreshers/what she feels like making at that moment.
