Fairly typical coffee for a big chain but their employees were really nice at this location!
Ive been to this location a handful of times but it comes to a point where an employee’s body odor shouldn’t be smelt from over the counter . Its a very unpleasant smell . Do better as far as a general manager .
John the manager was so kind. He went above and beyond to help correct a mistake that a whole different branch made. He was patient and provided great customer service. Thanks John!
Huge shoutout to Nasha at this location for doing an amazing job this past Tuesday! It honestly felt like she knew more than the manager she was working with. My drink was initially rung up incorrectly by another employee (Manny), and when Nasha handed it to me, I mentioned it was supposed to be iced with extra caramel drizzle. She immediately apologized, fixed it without hesitation, and even upgraded my grande to a venti. She truly saved the day.
