Not a normal Starbucks experience, staff was cold and took a while to even acknowledge I was standing at the counter. When I did get noticed they had no idea what was available on the menu. Got my drink in a normal amount of time. Never called my name when my order was complete. Poor service overall.
My drink was not made correctly, nor was my husband's drink. I asked for a double cup and they didn't. I also could not redeem my stars either. This is a super slow service faux SB inside an Ingels.
We did not order food, just two drinks. So many online orders took priority that the two baristas couldn’t keep up. This is a regular occurrence at this location and I keep giving it another try. But I think today was the last. I understand demand is great for business, but to be so backed up that no one can move through the crowd to pick up their drink when it’s called…is a little more than any customer wants to handle.
