Worst Starbucks in Bloomington. Went in today and ordered a VENTI French Vanilla Frappuccino. Was given a grande. Walked to my next class only to realize that the cup is cracked open and the lid wouldn't go on after it popped off. Literally undrinkable so I had to sit outside and try to drink it sideways. Would've gone back and asked for different cup but I was already far away when I realized and on a time constraint. Dear God. Let me tell you one thing. NEVER EVER go to this Starbucks during the day. It took them 20 minutes to NOT make my order. I just left. There is literally one step to making a black coffee. How on Earth did it take them so long?? It would have been faster for me to walk to California, order from a nonbinary person (because they're the best at making coffee), and walk back.
