I’ve visited this Starbucks several times, and unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience with Gabriel at the drive-thru window. Every time I come through, he seems rushed to get me away from the window. He quickly hands me my order without much interaction, and his attitude comes across as unfriendly and impatient. I was in a rush to go to work this morning and just grabbed the drinks to find out at home that they did not include aspects of the drink. Blue coconut foam is pretty obvious. It's a mistake I will not repeat again. Just not to this particular store. I will not be giving that store any more of my money. I have low standards that you are not able to meet, in my opinion. Ultimately, it's my fault for not communicating. I just want to spread awareness of my misfortune so you can double check your orders and not be like me
I come out to hemet at least once a month and go to this location. Everytime I've asked for extra caramel sauce it is like I asked for light sauce. Very frustrating.
