Now I see why Starbucks is becoming a failed business! I walked in and went to the counter and asked for a code for the restroom. I just got out of my car after a long drive and wanted use the facilities then place an order. But to my surprise, the crew member ARIANNA, said “well are you going to order because it’s only for paid customers”. Wow, that’s how guests are treated here! Well yes I ordered after I used the restroom! Bad business practices. Complete trash service and hospitality! Shame on Starbucks!
Never can go wrong with Starbucks
Management: instruct your barista staff to ask the question not after five minutes but immediately (are you here for a mobile order?) Unfortunately I sat patiently and calmly for someone to call out my order that had been sitting on the far side of the counter (unable to see if it’s mine). I stood up at the counter at about 3-5 minutes from walking in, waited and then finally someone asked if I was there for that reason.
