Great place
I've been to quite a few starbucks. Typically the employees are always smiling and friendly. Today there wasn't a single employee that made eye contact, smiled or even responded when I said loudly thank you and have a great day. I said it loud as a test because as of that moment the service was poor. It really doesn't take much to smile at someone and acknowledge when they are Pleasant to you

I usually come here in the mornings and they’re great. However I just came 03/21 @3:30 I ordered a matcha and dragonfruit drink. Usually when I pull up to order through drive thru they greet you but this time the girl had an attitude and after waiting for her to say something she said “are you ready” I proceeded to order, once I got to the window and received my drinks one tasted like pure water and the other like milk, the matcha drink was literally more on the milky colored side too. Very disappointing.
TYPICALLY VERY FAST! West Florida's Starbucks has had to pick up the slack as of late due to the Palm location's closure. As a result, this location has become even more streamlined and effective. As a frequent guest during morning runs, I love to stop by for a quick espresso or tea. My visit tends to fall between 5-10 mins.
