A complete apathetic customer interaction. Robots would be much better. The cashier was utterly uninterested in helping while the barista looked like she wanted to go home and sleep. Latte was terrible and felt guilty even buying the drink.
went there at 6:30pm to get a medium refresher and the dark black women was so rude and nasty she kept saying to the other employees that it was 5 mins to close even though there was 30 mins (being loud so customers could hear) yelled at people for walking where she already mopped and telling the other employees to say no to steamed milk or fraps because they already cleaned them that’s not acceptable and she should be fired you can tell her already hates her job it would be a better place without her and her nasty attitude
The young man with the tattoos at the register was so kind! He gave me my entire order for free because he felt like being nice! This is not the first time I’ve had this experience either. While the girls making my food and drinks were a bit unprofessional (cursing, talking on the phone, slamming down orders) they still made it in a timely fashion and the drink was very good!
A normal Starbucks setting with excellent service and good quality products. The tables just outside the Starbucks, in the airport area, need to be cleaned more frequently.
Darker skinned woman had an attitude the entire process of my order, came into the conversation with it. Brought my personal cup and it atill had the sticker on the bottom and she scanned it, and I alerted her that I already bought it else where and wanted to use it today for my drink, she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and with an attitude said "Normally the top is taken off when people want their drink in it."
