The young man with the tattoos at the register was so kind! He gave me my entire order for free because he felt like being nice! This is not the first time I’ve had this experience either. While the girls making my food and drinks were a bit unprofessional (cursing, talking on the phone, slamming down orders) they still made it in a timely fashion and the drink was very good!
A normal Starbucks setting with excellent service and good quality products. The tables just outside the Starbucks, in the airport area, need to be cleaned more frequently.
Darker skinned woman had an attitude the entire process of my order, came into the conversation with it. Brought my personal cup and it atill had the sticker on the bottom and she scanned it, and I alerted her that I already bought it else where and wanted to use it today for my drink, she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and with an attitude said "Normally the top is taken off when people want their drink in it." The matcha was so milky. I asked for it to remade and she just gave me attitude and said this is how it’s made. Terrible customer service
