Let's get good things up front : Ja'el. Kind, treats people well, greets me almost every time by name. A lovely young woman! This store used to be great. Idk what has happened, but the past few years it has declined tremendously. Every time I order, I am disappointed. Wait times are up to an hour for ONE DRINK. The app gives you no idea on wait times until AFTER you order, which then, you cannot cancel for a refund. Today, I waited an HOUR for a drink after placing an order on the app. While inside, I noticed per usual only 2 employees behind the counter. Both moving at very snail pace.
