I understand the baristas are trying their best with what they have, but as a customer some things need to be addressed. When I went up to the register I couldn’t hear a thing. Why? Because some girl was vacuuming the coffee dispenser machine out. I’m hard of hearing so I couldn’t even hear what I was saying. Ordered a single drink, the man at the counter had me repeat myself several times, when i got the drink it was not how i ordered it, asked them to redo it politely eventhough i was extremely agitated from having to repeat myself several times, they somehow got my drink back to me quicker than they took to make it, had a sip, and it tastes nothing like how i ordered it. Im extremely upset with the service i received today, i just left because i wasnt going to repeat myself another three times.
We caught a child predator meeting a perceived 13 yo here and then the plan was to go back to the minors house. The staff was super supportive of the cause. Made sure that we had everything we needed and applauded us for our efforts. For the record the predator was already a convicted lifetime RSO that was arrested on site. Thank you to the staff for all the support.
"We dont accept cash." Is not an acceptable response for me handing a cashier legal US currency.
This place was the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. The prices were outrageous. Expect to spend ten dollars for a medium sized cup of coffee. The beans are all burnt, so if you want a decent taste you have to get a milkshake over your shot of coffee.
