On September 28, 2025, at 1:30 PM, I attempted to purchase coffee and a bottle of caramel syrup at your establishment. Upon requesting the syrup, the cashier stated that they were unable to fulfill the request. I politely informed the cashier that a store located 35 miles away consistently accommodates this request. First time here and the employees were very nice and the drinks were great!
Service varies, they really expect a tip for doing what they're supposed to do? And it's in your face, like there's no choice to tip or not, I'm afraid they'll spit in my drink if I don't honestly.
