First time here and the employees were very nice and the drinks were great!
Service varies, they really expect a tip for doing what they're supposed to do? And it's in your face, like there's no choice to tip or not, I'm afraid they'll spit in my drink if I don't honestly.
I understand the baristas are trying their best with what they have, but as a customer some things need to be addressed. When I went up to the register I couldn’t hear a thing. Why? Because some girl was vacuuming the coffee dispenser machine out. I’m hard of hearing so I couldn’t even hear what I was saying. I ordered and was watching them make my drink through the expresso machine while the other one was being vacuumed which doesn’t seem very sanity. I asked why they were doing that.
