Usually I have a lot of grace and compassion for workers in these types of industries. However, the service was extremely slow and some moments were uncalled for. My husband had interactions with a couple workers and they both seemed very out of it. Like they didn’t want to be there. Horrible experience. Extremely slow. Our order was ready 15 mins after the app said it would be ready and it was not busy at all. Staff could not care less.
Slowest Starbucks we have ever been to. They could not have moved slower or cared less.

Waited 35 minutes for an iced chai latte - one of the easiest drink to make. With more than five workers behind the counter I would expect the line to move but they were only prioritizing drive through orders. When I received my drink it was only milk and vanilla syrup. It tasted worse after I asked to have it remade. After waiting 30 minutes I requested a refund instead of accepting a terrible drink and rude service.
