I ordered an iced coffee and an ice water, but both drinks were given to me completely without ice. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee was very rude and judgmental toward me based on my appearance.
Not my favorite location. Drinks are inconsistent and food has been cold (frozen). Also not a lot of staff so the drinks take a long time to be made. Seems like their priority is the drive thru customers which is annoying.
Came to order a refresher and my cup was filled with ice no refresher asked the barista she had an attitude who ever is in charge of this location should be ashamed of their workers I spend my hard earned money to get treated like this never coming again DONT COME HERE
