I have been buying coffee at this location and it recently has been messing up the order. I get a usual shaken blonde espresso and this one tasted burnt, too much ice, and lacked cinnamon. For a $8 coffee, one expects for it to taste the same and good each time. Pls do better Starbucks.
Great service and drinks are delicious and the food is great too 😋
Most in-efficient Starbucks ever, 8 staff and it took for ages. To then find out, while I was on the road again, they had given me the wrong latte. A non-fat hot latte turned into a hot cinnamon dolce latte.
Bad bad experience.. it seems like the customer service just keeps going down hill.. I arrived to the drive thru and was going to explain that I order a drink the day prior and the drink was made wrong so I was told I could come and get the drink remade, before I could say “hi I came in yesterday and my drink” completely was cut off by “what drink was it, what do you want??
