This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. This isn't a "I'm never going here again!" or excessively dramatic. I am a regular here and I have always had a great experience, but unfortunately lately that has not been the case. My drink order is the same each time, a shaken espresso w/ slight modifications. I told them to not write on my cup and they did it anyways I do not approve of this policy call me a Karen but I’m not paying 20 for two coffees for you to not listen to a basic request.
