Normally I have really good experiences at this location but today was horrible. I had preordered on my lunch as I usually do and by the time that I arrived 2/3 of my items were ready for me. A couple minutes go by and the lady (I hope was new otherwise I can’t make sense of how this happened) who was making the drinks gave the other customer who was also waiting there their drink (similar to mine but also not at all the same drink) meanwhile I see my cup get dumped down the drain and thrown out because she mixed it up with ... read more
