For the most part, the employees are FANTASTIC. The quality of the food and beverages exceed anywhere else. However, the managers do not understand their noise levels at an atomic level that absolutely astonishes me. The male manager talks loudly on his phone, walks around the store, sits where customers sit, and does not seem to understand professionalism. Average Starbucks. Clean modern, good coffee.
Had to wait 8-9 minutes in drive through, what’s the point of drive through then. Got late for work and on top of that coffee tasted burned and old.
Nelson at Starbucks in Warman is hands down the best! If you’re lucky enough to be served by him, you’re in for a treat. He’s friendly, efficient, and always makes sure your drink is perfect.
