The drive through people are rude. I asked to have a drink remade that was a half inch empty and they copped an attitude. One with a nose ring came up and started wagging her finger out of the window at me. Never returning to this location. The GM wasn’t in when I called to discuss this attitude SHOCKER
We used the drive-thru to make our order. It service was great. They had no problems making modifications to a drink that made it just the way I liked it.
It really makes a difference at 6am when the barista is chipper, smiling, and in a seemingly good mood when I come to get my daily morning coffee. It's workers like these who make me really want to come back.
