Janis on a Thursday working the drive through is a very unsavory human working the window who wasn't polite regardless of how many times I have been to Starbucks. This is a review to reflect on the poor behavior of an employee; and I am highly disappointed that this individual is still employed at the establishment. I am a frequent and always happy customer ordering a handful of items and who tips heavy handed. I have experienced this more than once I am ashamed of the personal service.
