at first my drink had a little too much milk for me personally (not the stores fault) the manager was able to quickly re make it perfectly they are fast kind and efficient here
Great partners at this store! I went in during a lunch rush hour and ordered thirteen drinks. The partners did not complain, they immediately locked in and pushed out the drinks. They furfilled other cafe others, mobile and delivery orders with no extended wait time. Thank you guys!
If I could give this location 0 stars I would, the most incompetent rude staff you can find at a Starbucks. No wonder they have a high turnover rate. Never the staff. Horribly managed. Drinks always incorrect. Unsure if they can read if they do it on purpose. Worse location I’ve ever attended.
They can't handle online orders, food delivery orders and walk-ins, too long of a wait and almost no parking.
It would be nice if the app only said “ready to go” If your drinks are actually ready. It makes a customer seem impatient to then wait a few minutes then ask about their drink when in fact the drinks aren’t ready. We’re not trying to pressure the staff! Our app just said that our stuff was ready when it wasn’t!
