Every single time I go to this location my drink is always made incorrectly. The “manager” always has an attitude when my drink is made incorrectly and I ask her to remake it. She made me wait for her to make Mobil order drinks and other people drinks before she fixed mine. Then she charges me for substituting my milk when that shouldn’t be a charge. I have no problems or errors with my drinks at any other location I actually prefer the Rensselaer location but new Scotland is just closer. The customer service definitely need... read more
Oh my, my, my. Not sure if all your closers called out, but the least you could have done when I walked in at 3:00 was have a sign up stating that you were closing at 3:30. I'm having a mentally crappy day and needed some time alone with coffee.
Please update the hours if you’re going to close 5 hours earlier than anticipated. Went at 4 pm and they were closed when both online and store signs advertised 9 pm close.
