Ordered 2 coffees. First one was decaf because of medical issues...they put regular. While waiting for drink 2, they busies themselves in a near empty shop. Finally they came to drop drink 2, we were able to request adjustments on wrong order (drink 1) Annoyed look, she took it and closed the window. One minute later she came back and said they could fix it ( like it was our fault) then we proceeded to wait .... Over 5 minutes .....waiting.
