Curious to know why I’m being told at 6:30pm when they are open till 8pm. “We can’t make anymore Frappuccino’s because we cleaned the Blenders already...” If the store is open all items on the menu should be available. Cleaning up and getting ready to close an hour and half before is unacceptable.
The only Starbucks always open around this area. Drinks are reasonably made and the staff are friendly.
There was an older gentleman by himself working tonight who was very friendly and attentive. He made my BSSE w SCCF PERFECTLY. I wish there was uniformity like this across all Starbucks. You can tell when the team member cares about what they are doing. Thank you for all that you do!
