Cass was a huge help this morning when I was in a bind. The entire staff is warm and friendly. They deserve all your tips and a high wage! Many thanks to the awesome staff here at Monaco.
Bad customer service! I shouldn’t have my morning ruined by a Starbucks employee. I tried to contact the manager and got hung up on when I tried to express my concern.

Always good coffee and friendly service.
Welcoming staff. I give 4 stars for the service and 5 stars for the staff. But, honestly, about 10$ for an americano grande and a chocolate croissant is too much. Nothing against this place, but I guess I am going to go even less to Starbucks.
