Tables dirty, bathroom disgusting,
Came here to get a handcrafted beverage, expecting to see a fully-staffed and well-managed atmosphere as listed online. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened. A poor boy was working completely alone, with no training nor help. Other guests were berating him for issues that he had no control over. For a place that prides itself on being well taken care of and a great place to work, I now understand why they cannot keep a worker for longer than two months. For a Starbucks in a Target I would say they are very efficient and kind. I have been coming here since they opened in like 2008 or something and I have never had a problem. I think the majority of the customers are uppity and snobbish. You try getting behind that counter for 8 hours and making luxurious coffees all day. Too much greed in this world, there is a human behind that counter.
This location is usually out of stock of a lot of items, and they wouldn’t accept the Starbucks app coupons. Highly disappointing and the service I always feel like I’m annoying the person working just by being there wanting a coffee. Not very friendly
