Came through the drive thru this morning and ordered 4 drinks . None of them had labels or writings on them so we had to guess which drink was ours . The manager Ricky was at the window and I’m surprised he even let the drinks leave the window without labels or writings on them! I’ve been to this location many times before and it’s always slow. They never make my drink right and one time I did a mobile order to the wrong location and called that location to cancel my order so I can pick it up at this location and the barista... read more
We love coming here because the service is always so attentive. Veanie and Bashara usually help us, and they’re consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming.
Starbucks is Starbucks.... BUT THE NEW MATCHA IS GARBAGE.... Bring back or give people a choice between old and new
