I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this store, all involving the same employee, Jeremiah. Each time I’ve asked to purchase vanilla syrup, Jeremiah goes to the back, speaks with someone else, and eventually tells me they don’t have any to sell. This has happened every single visit. The inconsistency and treatment I’ve received have left me feeling that bias is involved, which is deeply disappointing. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge Starbucks to address how customers are being treated here.... read more
Has no food available only 3 option
Not my normal Starbucks, was in area decided to stop. One person inside waiting for their order. 5 employees behind the counter, took over 6 mins to get my Frappuccino. Unacceptable Very slow service. Glad this isn't my home store
