Great location and great staff, hate to hear that we will no longer have a Starbucks in The Loop.

the older african-american gentleman that served me did not seem to know what he was doing and i ordered a plain black tea and he rang it up as black tea lemonade, which i couldn't drink because i can't have sugary drinks. The girls that work this locationm, especially Tima and Daniella, are always sooooo nice and go above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves with a smile. but today's experience was definitely subpar from beginning to finish.
Cesar King provided excellent customer service at Starbucks! He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude and great energy really made my experience enjoyable. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like Cesar on the team. I’ll definitely be coming back!
