You know what you’re getting with Starbucks—but it’s a shame it’s consistently bland. Burnt coffee, okay food, corporate experience, and union-busting culture. I used to drink Starbucks, and maybe would if desperate at an airport, but the Loop has so many better coffee options within a short walk from Starbucks. I ordered a caramel macchiato with pistachio cold foam and whipped cream with caramel lined in the cup. I ordered twice maybe I shouldn’t have ordered on DoorDash? But both times coffee tasted like pure water. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times. I’ve never had a coffee that tasted like pure water so I ordered it again and it tasted the same way even when I upgraded my drink to a larger drink, thinking my cup was too small. Horrible customer service from management no greeting or nothing I went early in the morning around 5am and she was so rude didn't even speak after paying $15 for a coffee HOW RUDE... ATLEAST GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO KEEPS THE LIGHTS ON
