I’m writing to express my disappointment with the way I was treated during my visit to your store today, August 5th, at approximately 2:20 PM. While my drink was made correctly, the behavior of one of the staff members was unprofessional and upsetting. I was assisted by a white male employee who wears glasses, a cap, and has relatively long hair. The drinks are okay, they definitely don't clean the tables. Make sure you always get a receipt because they'll forget to make you drink and then just send you to wait and nothing will happen.
Employees are nice enough I’ve never had an issue there but several times I’ve been my vanilla chai has not tasted like vanilla at all. Very frustrating since I pay extra
Jolie was a pleasure to be around! She was so nice and kind. Great job for hiring her!
