I always buy starbucks at other locations, so happen to be shopping here and saw starbucks, so went to order my drink, frappucino drink. I’m writing to express my disappointment with the way I was treated during my visit to your store today, August 5th, at approximately 2:20 PM. While my drink was made correctly, the behavior of one of the staff members was unprofessional and upsetting. I was assisted by a white male employee who wears glasses, a cap, and has relatively long hair. The drinks are okay, they definitely don't clean the tables. Make sure you always get a receipt because they'll forget to make you drink and then just send you to wait and nothing will happen.
