i went into the starbucks and there was 3 employees working at the time and wasn’t busy. i asked for a green tea shot in my refresher, they said they couldn’t add the shot because they didn’t know how and was completely rude about it. then after i payed proceed to talk about how people need to just need to order off the menu with no modifications and how annoying people are when they make modifications.. they were speaking very loud and kept laughing and side eyeing me and boyfriend. completely unprofessional. they need to d... read more
Starbucks isn’t cheap so I don’t think it’s asking a lot to expect a decent coffee. I ordered a Carmel frappe and it was the most awful coffee I’ve ever had. I drink Starbucks everyday before work but I usually go through the drive through. I made the mistake of going into target and going to this one. I learned my lesson. The staff is rude as well.

Shout out to LUCIA! This girl was training, restocking taking orders and checking people out! Overall great team!!! LUCIA needs that recognition because she was really taking charge!
