Shout out to LUCIA! This girl was training, restocking taking orders and checking people out! Overall great team!!! LUCIA needs that recognition because she was really taking charge!
This is one of the busiest Starbucks inside of a Target in my area. They never have enough staff. They are not friendly and when they get your order wrong, which happens to me a lot, they give you an attitude when they have to fix it. They need to be better.
Unfortunately, our experience at this place was quite negative due to the treatment we received from the employee, whose name was Ronel or Romel. Although we spoke to him in English, he showed no willingness to understand us, and his attitude was rude and discriminatory. This situation greatly impacted our experience and left us with a very unfavorable impression. We hope that the company takes steps to improve customer service and foster an inclusive and respectful environment.
Bad experience. 7.45 they are closed. No signs. Everywhere light, pos terminal working. We are waiting.
