I’m disappointed in customer service and lack of common sense or courteously. I come from a time in life when you dine in and a free brewed refill was acceptable. I ordered a latte at $6.90. A brewed coffee would have been half that price. My hazelnut latte was too sweet. I drank about half. Before leaving I asked if I could have less than half brewed coffee added to my latte bc it was too sweet.
