I went in tonight just for a cup of ice as I had been to 3 location to order a drink that was not available. I went in a simply asked for a cup of ice as I have done plenty of times before at this location and many others. The guy with glasses and reddish brown hair coldly replied only if you make a purchase. The drink I wanted out of stock but I was being forced to order something. Bad bad bad went in earlier today, I was treated so so bad, by the staff named JC or Jaycee who was in the cashier , badge was hidden I only asked Alex (who make the drinks) what is the name of his partner and that’s what he told me. Jc or Jaycee I was discriminated by this young man. I always go to this store if I am in the area but this is the first time I was treated so rudely by Starbucks staff I’ve been a member for a long time never treated so rudely. So disappointing.
This Mission and Tamarack Starbucks is the only one within 5 miles of our home that can make our (simple) drinks correctly. Thanks for being the best, hands down!
