Honestly, I love this place. All the employees are super efficient and kind. The atmosphere is the best if you want to drink something, work time, and share time with friends or family.. The place all the time is clean.
The barista reminded me that refills are fully charged when not using a for-here cup. As he handed me a plastic cup. So ok great thanks for telling me about the offer after I bought the cup.
Never in my life have I been to a slower Starbucks. I have come here several times because of its proximity to my work. I rarely am greeted when I come in and have to wait at the counter for at least a minute. No one will acknowledge I am standing there to simply tell me they will be a minute. The employees have no sense of urgency, even when there are several people waiting for drinks they do not pick up speed. When I place a mobile order they still aren't ready when I arrive.
