This Starbucks used to be one of my regular locations, but two employees—Cesar and Bianca—completely ruined it for me. On multiple visits, Cesar was smug and dismissive when I asked for a simple, standard customization (light ice in a larger cup for extra foam). His body language and attitude made it feel like I was doing something wrong just for ordering my drink the way I always do. My final visit on 2/2/26 sealed it.
