2 guys were working both very slow 4 people waiting one of them left to the toilet. The slowest and worst service. No apologies for the wait , no sense of urgency. They were working like they were on vacation. Train your staff better

Went to the Starbucks on katella & winners circle in Cypress California. Ordered mocha frappuccinos with java chips that they now charge extra for. There was no coffee in our drinks.
Staff supper rude, been here a few times but today totally destroyed by the girl's attitude, it's look like she's not happy to work at all. She talk to me like I'm bothering her free time, meanwhile I was the only one there.
