The staff is very attentive overall and friendly. I have had this issue multiple times where I order light ice in my drink and someone is happy to scoop a bunch of ice without reading the label. Today was the first time I brought this manner to a staff member and all they said is something along the lines of “yeah that’s a lot of ice, sorry”. Our local Starbucks. Staff is very professional. I accidentally ordered a pick up at a different location. They remade my order at no charge. Great customer service.
