This is a well managed location. The staff is always kind, helpful, welcoming and professional. The facility is always clean and neat.
My grandfather passed away and his favorite drink was strawberry açai, and I just wanted a strawberry açai and they didn’t say anything to me. They started laughing.
Love this Starbucks. My coffee is always made right and greeted with great customer service.
I don't know what it is with this location but they just seem to not be able to make a Brown Sugar shaken Espresso. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to get my drink remade or complain on the Starbucks app for a refund this location is only a mile from my house so obviously it's the most convenient but I have literally driven way out of the way to go to a different Starbucks just to avoid the headache it's not a complicated drink I don't know why they just cannot make it right
