They are happy to charge me for a full cup and flavor but my cup the last three times has been only half full and no flavor at all added this Starbucks could use some training
Barista basically freaked out when the girl in front of me ordered several drinks. In fact, she belittled her right in front of us. I felt awful for the customer, so I left. That was Tuesday July 16th morning at 10:30 ish. Please do better.
I ordered a drink off of the menu board and got something entirely different.
Very disappointed in the service I had today. One lady was “training” and the other two girls just left her on her own at the cash register, no help for the poor lady at all. I ordered a Venti Passion tea with apple juice sweetened. During this time they charged me extra for it being sweetened with classic.
