I completely understand the algorithm and what these surveys mean as far as the overall success of the management, team members and bonus structure. This is why I rated 5 stars. However, I decided to treat myself to Starbucks after shopping in target. I asked the young female employee ( who was on her 15 min break.).. Inside a target store. Very busy.
This location is always crazy busy. Both for in store customers and drive thru customers. They keep it well staffed and turn around orders in a timely fashion.
