The young kid with the curly hair has terrible or maybe zero customer service skills! Basically asked me what I wanted like if I was bothering him while he was cleaning containers. Not a smile not a thank you nothing how does corporate allow this to go on for so long Find yourself real employees that deserve the job and treat your customers, right!
I recently visited the Starbucks location and had the pleasure of being served by Camry and Cristee. Their friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service made my visit truly enjoyable!
I've been a long time costumer and they've always been great. The employees are always kind and professional. 9 out of 10 times the drinks taste great. They're my go to Starbucks when I can pick from the 3 in Paulding and Hiram.
