I asked to check in on my drink because it had been 15 mins since ordering. Angela nodded dismissively and said "Yup it's coming just give me a second." Maam it's literally already been 15 mins. The app said it would be ready over 10 minutes ago. Mobile order is supposed to be a convenience. With 2-3 people behind the bar, it should not be taking 15 minutes to complete one beverage outside of a big rush. Everyone here can afford to move a little faster, respectfully.
