they didn’t have any drinks an hour before closing because they were already cleaning the machines
The employees are very unpleasant and rude.
Drink was fine but the cashier who’s name on my receipt says “Kaya” was so unpleasant and had an attitude. This is the first person you interact with when you go to this cafe, and it made me just want to leave. She should be making the drinks and not interacting with customers.
I would like to start off by saying, that I go to Starbucks all the time. I think that this Starbucks is okay, but can be improved. They are running out of things super quickly, and sometimes they can be rude to customers. There is some staff that is very nice. So, I would like to review each category provided /100 Food 75/100- I am not huge on the food at Starbucks, I go there for the lattes, but they run out of it sometimes, so I think that they need to make sure they have sufficient stuff.
