This is the worst starbucks ever. Hands down there’s maybe 2 people there that have amazing customer service. But that is all. Every single time I’ve been here they mess up my order and it’s literally not a difficult order. Today was the last straw. I went through the drive thru and they even asked if I wanted my sugar in my coffee and I said yes. They still handed me a handful of sugar packets and did not put any in my coffee … if I wanted to put my own sugar in my coffee I would just do it at home… they need new employees ... read more
Cost is why I give it lower score. And the lack of options compared to a regular Starbucks. Server at drive thru went from polite to rude when he gave me a ice coffee and I asked for hot. He dismissed from line to a waiting area with no apology just a look.
