At this location, unlike every other one I’ve been to, the barista would not fill the rest of my cup with milk when I asked for an iced chai latte with no ice and 2 extra pumps of chai.

I politely asked for my drink to be served in a ceramic mug instead of a paper cup, as I planned to enjoy it inside the store. However, the staff told me that drinks are not served in mugs at this location. This was surprising and disappointing, as it’s the first time I’ve experienced this in a Starbucks. I kindly suggest that this policy be reviewed and questioned by the management. I hope future customers will be offered this option, as it is standard in most other branches.
