Don’t come here for work, to read, or have a conversation. A review that was written saying the music is too loud feel on deaf ears. A response from management directed me to cooperate customer service. When I called from the store they couldn’t hear me! I had to go outside. It hasn’t changed so they don’t care.
Mistakes happen but it’s what the team does to fix it up that matters most. I picked up a mobile order and was missing my sandwich. I gave the place a call and Abby made sure I was heard and helped get my food ready for pick up later in the day. They were unbelievably busy but this Manager has such great hospitality so it didn’t feel pressured in anyway. Aaliyah is probably one of the friendliest baristas Ive ever come in contact with at this location! I came in yesterday(3/4/26) after putting in a mobile order. When figuring out that I had been ordering it wrong through the app, she helped me put it in the correct way! And was so kind about it! There should be more people like you Aaliyah! I ordered an iced caramel macchiato Through DoorDash. They sent me a warm coffee. When I called them and explained my situation, the girl was rude and just was talking at me. I could not get a word in telling me about how she’s gonna make me a new coffee and even give me A gift card The next time I come in.
