I stopped in on my way to Muskegon. Excellent coffee and excellent service.
Right off the bet the girl has an horrible attitude and goes “what do you want”. I ordered a honey citrus mint tea, they are out of it and can’t make that. So I try to get a chai, apparently out of that too and can’t make that either. Then the chick tells me they are out of lemonade and almost every syrup so there’s very limited things on what they can make. Horrible experience and rude melancholy employees.
Enjoy stoping at this store before and after work! Girls are always the nicest and greet me immediately!! Although my go to was the chai that they changed the recipe too sadly :( I still get excited about visiting!! They have the best night crew and always make my drink to perfection!
Love this store! Come all the time. Will say I have a better experience when I come in the evening verse the am but overall enjoy it!!! Team is always helpful and smiley! Highly recommend
This location is mediocre at best. My advise would be to drive the extra miles to Portage. Quality, consistency and overall SOPs are honored more so at the other locations.
