This location is constantly short-staffed, and the drinks have honestly not been that great. I understand they’re still a fairly new location, so I’ve tried to be patient and give them chance after chance, but today was the final straw. I sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes without moving at all, and I wasn’t even close to reaching the window. A drive-thru should not take this long. Went in Friday morning. Ordered 2 simple drinks. One drink came out quickly and the second drink was brought out in the wrong size after being told it was getting worked on 3 times. 10 mins after my first drink I got the second. I asked very nicely to be compensated and I was told that the manager didn’t feel comfortable with me asking and refused to compensate.
Thank you Alyssa for not allowing me to throw my trash in the trash can. Telling me to go throw it at the front door where it was on the other side of the store. Embarrassing me and calling me out in front of the whole store because I threw my empty can in an unlined trash can but hey I’m just a Karen of a customer apparently and you had to make a spectacle out of me. Thank you Alyssa the cape crusader of liberating unlined trash cans across Starbucks establishments. You really save the day when you refused me service.
