First time experience was gratifying.
The girl with pigtails was so nice and gave a good drink recommendation. Her name was illy. I didn't know what drink I wanted but she made something on the spot and it was delicious. She was so friendly and although they ran out of my original food item, the pigtail girl compensated it and added a free cake pop on top of it because she felt bad. Excellent service here! Will be coming back soon and making this my regular store!
Very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks. The app showed that my drink would be ready at 11:33, but when I arrived I still had to wait almost 20 minutes. When I asked, they told me it wasn’t ready and that I had to keep waiting. The way they spoke to customers was not polite, which made the experience even worse. Because of this, I will not be coming back to this location again.
