I debated reviewing this Starbucks for a while, hoping it would improve, but it hasn’t—and I’m frustrated. I intentionally ordered fewer espresso shots and added extra oatmilk to make up for it, so I wasn’t expecting a super strong drink. But instead of getting a normal amount of ice, my cup was filled all the way to the brim with it, leaving hardly any room for the actual drink. Order light ice and was missing 25% of my 7 dollar coffee. I will never return to this location.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been in. One employee was sitting on the counter on top of the food prep cutting board, playing on his phone with air pods in his ears. I asked if they had dark roast brewed and he said "we have what we have behind me." Clearly he was highly annoyed I asked him a question. No thanks for coming, no have a great day. On top of that the coffee was really old and burned. Highly disappointed. I'm shocked that Starbucks would allow this
