When I got to window my order was incorrect so the cashier told me to pull to front and she will bring it to me 15 mins pass and no one brought coffee out. So when I go in they tell me they dont know what im talking about and cant find my order. So I ask for a refund and they give me attitude use to love location but today was bad customer service
Starbucks never disappoints! The coffee is always fresh, the drinks are made consistently well, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The store is clean, cozy, and a great spot to relax or get some work done. I really appreciate the fast service even during busy hours. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots
They don’t know how to follow instructions and simply layer a coffee so that the actually coffee sits at the bottom and the milk sits on top. No other Starbucks I have been to has struggled with this simple instruction. In fact no other star bucks has to be asked to do this. Allow they customers to mix their on coffee together unless instructed otherwise.
Always a pleasant experience for this location. All the employees have positive attitudes and smiles. Order always accurate.
