I order Carmel Macchiato on drive thru. They gave a regular coffee with some foam and caramel on top. It tasted like regular coffee and the caramel makes it taste even worse. I went inside showed them my order and they did not take it serious. I took my drink to show them a lady called Bria throw it straight to the trash. Check the Cam for this order please. The staff was very friendly, fast, and efficient. I was in and out in no time. My order was prepared correctly, and it was delicious as always. This location truly exemplifies the Starbucks commitment to providing a welcoming atmosphere and consistently great customer service.
