I went this afternoon and there was only one employee working the store. There was a huge line of cars, she was doing a great job taking orders and making the drinks. I am in disbelief that a business would allow someone to be alone at a very busy Starbucks. I witnessed many cars turning around due to the storefront being closed and the drive thru getting so long.
The poor employee was working the entire store by herself. She was doing a great job considering having to take orders, make drinks and clean alone but get this girl some help!! You’re losing business because of the time it was taking for her to do all the above by herself!
Went through the drive thru this morning at 7:20AM. The women there were so rude and had awful attitudes. Made it a point to say “roll tide roll” to us after seeing our Auburn license plate. She even said something about my husband’s physical features when he was nothing but kind… it was a very odd interaction and honestly confusing. I hope these women learn to treat customers with respect and Starbucks realizes the kind of people representing them at this location.
