Please teach this building workers how to make matcha. For some reason, every time I go there, I always go back there because i’m in denial thinking they can do better, but i’m over it and it’s still happening constantly. I get matcha and get HUGE amount of clumps of matcha powder in my drink. i always have to ask to remake it, it’s getting annoying. terrible place to get your starbucks drink if i’ll say any drink they make is badly made. and may i add they let homeless in which is really nasty when they’re sitting on the ch... read more
Passive aggressive staff. Ended up with a wonky version of one of the drinks we asked for. Did not call our names when our order was ready.
Friendly baristas, good coffee, but the overhead music is way too loud and annoying. It was not enjoyable to sit here and eat a breakfast sandwich and drink a coffee.
