Watered down drinks!!!
Friendly, welcoming employees. Coffee was great. Very clean.
I get a 6 shot, iced, white chocolate & brown sugar, shaken espresso with brown sugar cold foam. Once the drink is poured into a venti cup there is NO ROOM for the cold foam. Cold foam is $2.00. When I ask them to use a trenta size cup so there is room for the cold foam they argue with me about it. This is an $11 drink and they can accommodate my request but choose not to. Starbucks needs to understand they are becoming obsolete because of the prices and lack of good quality customer service. Highly disappointed.
We've traveled to Yakima twice in August. The trips were a couple of weeks apart. In between the two trips we had coffee at this location probably 6 times. Truly impressed. From the moment we came through the door we were cheerfully greeted, by everyone. Orders taken smoothly and received them quickly even with it being the morning rush. On our second trip to Yakima the staff remembered us from the first trip to town. Amazing people, great atmosphere and extremely clean.
I was passing by, walking downtown Yakima. Quite nice town. I stopped at Arco gas station and asked to use a restroom. There was maintenance guy who was cleaning. I couldn’t wait eventually so I went to Starbucks across. Their policy is to purchase to use restroom. Ok. Next door pizza guys allowed and even offered a slice of their specialty ☺️
