They must have some new hires that didn’t get trained very well. Last couple of weeks I’ve gone & ordered an iced vanilla latte & noticed after leaving that they didn't add vanilla to my drink/label. I worked at Starbucks for 4 years in college, it’s really not a difficult register system. Baristas aren’t friendly at all, except this one lady who is a bit older. I don’t care that much about customer service through the drive thru, but at least make the drinks right if you’re going to be socially awkward.
Literally the worst Starbucks. I only ever order a hot coffee, my order isn’t rocket science. The kid with green hair was texting on his phone, very rude and took ten min to pour my coffee. Tried to go again today, the girl at window was extremely rude. Please train your employees on customer service! They set the tone for customers day! First people we see in the morning!
