In the last couple months the coffee has tasted awful or they get the order wrong outright, service is incredibly slow even when I'm there at 6 am and the only one in line, and the employees are unfriendly and the atmosphere is sterile and unwelcoming. Used to be my favorite store, now I avoid it entirely. Very obviously a result of union busting.

The ugly stepchild of The Starbucks family. This Starbucks is by far the worst.Since the opening I don’t think they’ve ever had it all together and in the past I believe they actually tried but that’s just a mere memory now. I don’t know why I’ve continued to assume things may have changed and give it another try. Today I learned my lesson.
This location has become one of the most disappointing places in Columbus. The staff are incredibly rude, they have gotten our drinks wrong multiple times, if you pay cash they keep the change unless you ask for it back, you never know if they're open because they do not follow their posted hours.
