I literally stood at the register waiting to order for *5 minutes* before anyone helped me. They all saw me too. Some of them were working on drive-through orders (cause apparently drive-through is more important than a customer who actually walks in and is standing at the register??!), and another guy just walked up to the register two different times, typed some stuff in, didn't even acknowledge me, and walked back into the back. Edit: If I could give them negative stars I would - I went at 7 AM, was the first/only person in line but was told "just a minute" not once, but twice before I could order. Then it took them 15 minutes to make an espresso. I asked for a quad with an extra splash of milk. What I got was: a "long" shot with steamed milk. I also asked if they would please STIR the sugar before adding the cold milk. They did not, so, the sugar was undissolved at the bottom. I didn't get out until nearly 7:30. Love everyone that works there!
Had the worst experience!!! Manager yt with dark black hair didn’t want to refund me my money because he put a lot of ice in my drink no once but twice.. so evil and rude!!! But that to customers service I was able to get $20 credit on my Starbucks account. He was more so worried about his ego in front of the customer instead of correcting the situation by issuing me a refund so I can go elsewhere. Worst matha I ever had! My drink was so disgusting. I am so disappointed that it was so much cake that Masha in my drink like I literally couldn’t finish it at Starbucks. It’s way too expensive to waste the drink, but I have no choice cause it’s literally making me sick.
