I worked at Starbucks for 6 years. Happily retired and I’ve never been to one with such rude, unhappy and annoyed staff. I walked in and greeted your partner with a smile, she just barked off if I wanted anything else, said the price and walked off. No greeting, no kindness, just huffy and annoyed. Btw, your coffee pots are always blinking. Stale coffee? No thanks. Improve your attitude and if you don’t like being a partner, maybe quit? That’s the vibe I’m getting here, I’ll avoid this one
Just purchased a venti brown sugar shaken espresso and its not where near a full cup. When You pay full price for a drink, it should at least be full
Decent location with plenty of clean tables but uncomfortable wooden chairs. The employees did greet me when I entered, but for whatever reason, it took over 17 minutes to get my Frappuccino. 11 more minutes than the app said it should take. The drive thru was busy per the usual, but there were only a couple of us inside so no clue what took so long. I always tip after I receive my product depending on the service, so maybe they saw there wasn’t an initial tip and said screw this guy? 🤷♂️ I will probably try a different pl... read more
