I recently visited the Starbucks and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the new store manager from the moment I walked in the store, felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely customer focused. The manager’s positive energy and leaderships are clearly reflected in the team who were friendly efficient, attentive throughout my whole visit it’s refreshing to see someone who is so engaged with both customers and partners and ensuring everyone feels valued and appreciated. Good customer service
The quality of people that work here has gone down greatly over the years. They are just rude and bitter. Starbucks (at least this one) has become the McDonald’s of coffee. I would recommend 7Brew, Black Rifle, or Dutch Bros the workers there are kind, considerate, and the coffee is much better. I regret giving this store business.
Great coffee, wonderful staff! Everyone was smiling and talking with one another while they worked. Would definitely come back!
