Always a great service and positive energy. They do know how to make your drinks the way you want it. And also when they write in your cup a have a wonderful day, or you're awesome it makes people feel good.
My last review I said I'm being very generous with three stars. For this review they're losing that third star. Friendly staff and nice clean dining room, but no electric plugs. They've made a concerted effort to convert all their electric plugs into wall plates. I don't understand why Starbucks is willing to host a vagrant who does not pay for any merchandise but refuses to provide a power plug to a paying customer willing to sit there and pay for coffee after coffee.
The service here is absolutely atrocious. Ukiah had 4 Starbucks and this site has the most staff, and yet they are the slowest. The staff are rude and short with me everytime I come in. I have never had a pleasant experience at this site not once. The parking is awful as well, I know this has nothing to do with the workers themselves but it adds to the overall all feeling of horrible service.
