Worst Cortado ever; none of the room requested and very weak shots. Baked apple croissant was cold, as if thrown into the oven straight from the freezer.

Elijah at the starbucks on 501 is such a pleasure! Please keep him at the window at all times, he has a great personality! You should give him a raise!
Very inconsistent quality. Somedays the latte's are well-made... others they taste like a watered down gas station machine "latte." They never use cold brew (besides nitro) and just serve burned iced coffee from the morning leftovers. Dunkin has better QC than this store.
