The extreme wait time for a mobile order is absolutely ridiculous. Consistently slow no matter how far ahead you order. Typically there are 8-10 standing there all waiting for their mobile orders while the baristas seemly make no effort to speed things up. Done with this location. The location is simply the worst.
if i could leave 1000 bad reviews i would. i held back the last two times. came here 3 days in a row with all my little kids. it says it’s open. drive through is open. i’m speaking into the drive through window like 49 times. workers specifically “manager” brown super short hair is sitting here looking at me through the window. they decided to close down and get paid at around 5 pm 3 days in a row. i decided to walk up to the door and right before i walk in another worker blonde long hair just closed the door right in front ... read more
