The three girls that were working here are terrible! Two hispanic/Indian girls talking about their whole tmi stories on their internship status when the customers are waiting, the other white girl is just making the drinks without even trying to make eye contacts. I ordered 2 drinks, one came out and the other apparently they forgot and placed the cup starting to talk themselves again. The service here was very upsetting. The two girls working allowed a woman to cut in front of me in line. We all made eye contact but they did not say anything to her. This is after I had waited for over 5 minutes as they slowly made the drinks of the 2 girls ahead of me. When I finally put in my order they continued to prioritize the complicated drinks of the woman who cut me rather than my simple cortado - she was served first. I was very disappointed with the way the manager treated her staff during my visit. Anna was rude, unprofessional, and openly lecturing and yelling at employees in front of customers and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere not just for the staff but the customers as well. Despite this, Amanda was absolutely wonderful she gave me great suggestions for my wife, and her customer service was excellent. Unhygienic - The three girls at the counter were eating candies off of a packet. We saw at least two licked their fingers and wiped on their aprons before going ahead with taking the order. Obviously the worst experience at a Starbucks. Also, We asked for a kiddie hot chocolate and it was heated so much that the kid burnt her mouth.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Emily, Ari, Kabah, and Cesar made me feel welcomed as soon as I stepped into this Starbucks location! Emily, Ari, Kabah, and Cesar made me wonderful drinks. The drink I got was a carmel latte and a maple brown latte. That latte tasted great! The wonderful service I received made me feel welcomed. I will definitely return to this location again.
