I ordered a cup of cold coffee with venti size. It says 24 oz, but I have a glass bottle that is 24 oz too, when I finished the cup of coffee, I put water with the cup and then pour it into my bottle, it only fits 2/3 cups of my glass bottle. It means that the cups in Starbucks are much less than regular size. I think the venti size with cold coffee is only 20 oz, not 24 oz.
Ordered a latte that was all crème and little actual coffee.
The ladies that served me were so kind! they were fast & carried the conversations well! will be returning!!

The girls working were too busy having a conversation about boyfriends to greet me. When I announced myself she said give me a second turned around and went back to her conversation.
