Terrible customer service
I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it straight up had brown chunks of coffee floating at the bottom. I’m genuinely mortified. I’ve been getting this drink for years and this has never happened. I took a sip and got a chunk of it stuck in my straw I’m so grossed out. Never going back to this Starbucks. Also the barista I think her name is Serena or something, everytime I come in she is so rude to me and basically glares at me. Rude staff and awful drinks!! Buyer beware
I ordered a cup of cold coffee with venti size. It says 24 oz, but I have a glass bottle that is 24 oz too, when I finished the cup of coffee, I put water with the cup and then pour it into my bottle, it only fits 2/3 cups of my glass bottle. It means that the cups in Starbucks are much less than regular size. I think the venti size with cold coffee is only 20 oz, not 24 oz.
Ordered a latte that was all crème and little actual coffee.
The ladies that served me were so kind! they were fast & carried the conversations well! will be returning!!
