Amazing service
Consistently the slowest Starbucks ever
I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for a while now, and I don’t know what’s going on with the new staff, but they are incredibly rude and the wait time is ridiculous. Lately, every time I come in, I’ve had to wait 20 minutes or more just to get through the line, and that’s not even counting the time it takes to get my drink. On top of that, the way I’ve been treated is completely unacceptable — there’s no friendliness, no sense of urgency, and it feels like they couldn’t care less about customer service.
