Absolutely NO sense of urgency! Why place a mobile order to not have to wait in a long drive thru only for EVERYONE in the drive thru, upon my arrival and then some got their orders and I was STILL waiting for mine. The drink was mediocre at best! Two younger girls were making drinks. I didn’t catch their name. She was short brown hair tan skin. Still waiting in line for one drink 25 minutes after arriving here. If I had the option not to come I would but it’s a birthday drink for a friend. You’d think there was a line around the block, no there were 3 cars ahead of me. It’s insane how long this location takes and it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Attempted to get coffee this morning. Most employees were readily getting coffee for their guests as the other two stood talking about their coworkers. I stood for just a few minutes when they should have politely said, “be right with you”. Nope. Stood there and they just looked at me. Do better with customer service.
I enjoyed visiting this Starbucks location. The food was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. If you happen to be in the German Village area, you may want to visit this Starbucks location.
